RIGHTS AND FREEDOM
The Lords had a lot of freedom and power. They were allowed to participate in political events and decision making. The Lords were allowed to own land and had a large amount of weath and properties.
If anything was to happen in the Lords manor , it would was always first discussed with the Lord. Forexample Peasnts needed the lords permission before they could get married, leave the village, sell animals and teach their childre how to wrie or read
The peasants however, had little to no power at all and extremely limited freedom. The peasants did not belong to themselves. The peasants were classified as properties of their Lord.
Compared to the peasant and most of the Medieval people, the Lord had the ultimate power.
